Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually). - Generous Time Off:

As a key member of our interdisciplinary ABA team, you'll lead the charge in delivering family-centered therapy for children with autism. Your daily impact includes:
- Managing & Supervising Staff:
Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery. - Conducting Assessments & Planning:
Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans. - Family & Caregiver Training:
Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success. - Team Coordination:
Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.
