About the RoleRx relief is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Compound Pharmacist to support a high-volume 503A compounding pharmacy near Plano, TX for multiple positions. These positions playa critical role in prescription verification, sterile and non-sterile compounding oversight, and ensuring compliance with USP , , and standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Verify compounded and non-compounded prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee sterile and non-sterile lab operations during overnight hours
- Review compounding records, ensure adherence to aseptic procedures, and maintain quality documentation
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipping
- Maintain compliance with state board, DEA, and USP regulations
- Communicate any necessary follow-ups or issues to the day team
- Active Pharmacist license in Texas
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
- Experience with sterile compounding
- Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions for overnight position
- Knowledge of USP compounding standards and pharmacy software systems
- Oversight of sterile compounding (USP / )
- Prior experience in a high-volume or mail-order pharmacy
