Advanced Practice Provider - Hospitalist - Night Shift

Role Overview: An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) specializing in hospitalist care during night shifts, responsible for delivering comprehensive patient healthcare in designated areas, including diagnosis, treatment, education, and referrals.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Perform clinical duties such as history taking, physical exams, assessments, and ordering tests; develop and communicate care plans; educate patients and families; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; ensure adherence to policies and regulations; stay current with medical advancements; participate in professional development and organizational activities; and promote quality, patient-centered care.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Must have a relevant healthcare provider BLS certification; licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with specialized certifications based on practice area; strong clinical and leadership skills; effective communication; knowledge of policies, laws, and standards; and ability to motivate and develop teams. Experience is not mandatory but demonstrated leadership and clinical expertise are valued.
