Role Overview: An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in Neurocritical Care provides comprehensive healthcare including diagnosis, treatment, education, and referrals for patients in specialized clinical areas. They serve as clinical resource, role model, and trainer, ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting team development.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Conduct patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and diagnostic tests; develop and implement care plans; document findings clearly; collaborate with physicians; educate patients and families; promote interdisciplinary teamwork; stay updated on industry advancements; ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and standards; and participate in departmental quality initiatives and meetings.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant health fields; possess current licensure and certifications (including BLS, ACLS, and specialty-specific credentials); demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and patient-centered care; and maintain ongoing professional development.
