Hospital Revenue Cycle Specialist; EPIC)

We are seeking an on-site detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Revenue Cycle Specialist with expertise in EPIC to support hospital billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, coding, and adjustment/denial write-off posting while ensuring compliance with payer guidelines, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, validating billing and coding requests to clients and optimizing revenue cycle performance.

• Validating requests for billing updates in relation to client hospital claims using the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Validating requests for coding updates in relation to client hospital claims for DRG, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, modifiers, and any other coding related items.
• Post patient adjustments, contractual adjustments, denial write-offs allowances accurately within EPIC.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer guidelines, HIPAA, and hospital policies.
• Perform account audits to identify billing errors and recommend corrective actions.
• Support client related functions as defined by leadership in relation to vendor relations.
