What would you do as a Medical Case Manager - DALLAS

As a Full-Time Medical Case Manager at Injury Management Organization, Inc. in Dallas, your primary responsibility will be managing case management files for injured employees within the workers' compensation framework. You will maintain constant communication with all relevant parties to ensure continuous monitoring of progress and adhere to evidence-based guidelines. Your role will involve educating providers and facilitating a smooth return to work process.

You will proficiently document in our case management software and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Acting as a liaison for injured employees, you will provide exemplary customer service, assist with specialist referrals, and ensure optimal utilization of our provider network. Additionally, you will coordinate closely with employers and claims adjusters to support effective return-to-work efforts, ensuring a seamless transition for all involved.
