Front Desk Associate

We are seeking to add a Front Desk Associate to our busy medical office in Plano, TX. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent front desk experience in a medical office setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR); experience with eClinical
  
  Works (eCW) is a plus
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor

• Greet patients and help with check-in and check-out processes
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Answer multi-line phones and route calls appropriately
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances
• Manage incoming and outgoing faxes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor

Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
