The City of Murphy's Fire Rescue Department seeks to add a Firefighter/Paramedic to its professional and dynamic team. As our Firefighter/Paramedic, you will provide fire suppression, emergency medical services, rescue services, fire prevention, public education, and other emergency and non-emergency services to the residents and visitors of the City of Murphy. Murphy Firefighter/Paramedics are expected to maintain a high level of readiness, professionalism, physical fitness, and technical proficiency while working as part of a highly trained emergency response team.

Schedule Commitment Must be willing to work a 48-hour shift schedule and accept call-back, mandatory overtime, and other schedule adjustments as required. Firefighter/Paramedics must be available to work weekends, holidays, and other hours outside of their regularly scheduled shift as operational needs dictate.
