KEYSKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Captain of
Collaboration:
Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by skillfully managing teams and partnering with the General Manager to keep everything running smoothly. - Master of Solutions: Proactively spot challenges and tackle them head-on to ensure every day at the hotel flows as efficiently as possible.
- Talent Scout & Coach: Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and training Guest Services staff, and help all team members—from managers to hourly employees—grow through exciting development programs and ongoing training.
- Messenger Extraordinaire: Listen actively, understand concerns, and keep the lines of communication crystal clear with both colleagues and guests.
- Numbers Ninja: Confidently work with financial info and data, using your math superpowers to support our hotel’s operations.
- Tech Trailblazer: Make Windows Operating Systems your best friend for smooth management and insightful reporting.
- Organization Champion: Set the standard for professional appearance and grooming, making sure everyone looks sharp and meets company guidelines.
- Hospitality Hero: Bring a friendly, service-focused attitude to every guest and teammate interaction, ensuring everyone walks away happy.
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage), or a four-year degree with 2–3 years, or a two-year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
- Supervisory background required.
- Travel is required.
- Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
- Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
