Position

Summary

The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance of all public spaces within HALL Park Hotel. This role plays a key part in delivering a refined, welcoming environment that reflects the hotel's luxury standards and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public areas, including lobby, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, fitness center, and outdoor areas.
  • Ensure all spaces are consistently guest-ready, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and common areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls with professionalism and care.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the appropriate department.
  • Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or luxury environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
