Job Description
We are seeking energetic, friendly, and professional individuals to provide outstanding service for our residents and guests in our luxury residential high-rise in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

Availability:
Full-time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Takes pride and ownership in the position and property
- Ability to listen and react quickly to residents’ and guests’ requests in a genuine manner
- Have at least two years of hospitality experience
- Possess amazing interpersonal skills and exceptional guest service abilities
- Be organized, proactive, productive and self-motivated showing a positive attitude
- Maintain a neat and professionally well-groomed appearance
- Think clearly, quickly and efficiently and make concise decisions even under pressure
- Greet and direct residents and visitors
- Acknowledge all residents, visitors and vendors at all times
- Greet future residents and create a memorable first impression
- Check-in future residents and scan their ’s prior to their scheduled tours
- Accurately log resident packages
- Notify residents when they have a package
- Perform package inventory audits
- Door-to-door Package Delivery
- Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodation
- Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, guests and the onsite team
- Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
- Monitor lobby and package room, and maintain organization and cleanliness
- Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including residents’ move-ins, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
- Perform all other duties as assigned by onsite management
