As the Assistant Lead Concierge, you will help guide a team of concierge ambassadors to ensure outstanding guest service experiences are being delivered to our residents, guests and prospects. Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with residents and property management
  • Lead by example
  • Coordinate schedules with Lead Concierge to ensure property is properly staffed with concierge staff. Fill in whenever there is need in case of call offs and emergencies
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with all residents, visitors, and prospects by adhering to our standards
  • Work with property management office staff to ensure clear communication and collaborative team environment with the Concierge Team
  • Assist with training new concierge ambassadors
