Guest Service Associate – Towne Park
Join Towne Park, a leading hospitality services company that creates memorable experiences for patients, visitors and guests. As a Guest Service Associate, you will provide exceptional hospitality services, turning each interaction into a positive experience.
Job Details- Compensation: $14.25 per hour base pay plus $16‑$19 per hour in tips.
- Work Schedule: Shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am. Full‑time and part‑time availability.
- Benefits: Accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and eligibility for the company 401(k) retirement plan. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greet guests within five feet, use their last names, and employ a professional and friendly attitude.
- Use appropriate salutations, welcome guests, and demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and open vehicle and hotel doors as required.
- Provide guests with directions, reservations, and contact information for on‑site resources and local attractions.
- Deliver messages and items, shuttle guests to approved locations.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks, and collect them upon vehicle return.
- Maintain accurate ticket information, including key tags, folio records, vehicle location and damage surveys.
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- Work Experience: At least one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
- Skills & Knowledge: Proficient reading, writing and verbal English; ability to understand and follow simple instructions and short correspondence; basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with decimals and money); understanding of 24‑hour and military time; knowledge of rates based on time elapsed; ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
- Job is routine; decisions made within established guidelines.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 100pounds occasionally.
- Work performed outdoors in varying weather conditions; travel up to 5% may be required.
