• Welcoming guests, preparing them for services, ensuring comfort and relaxation through guest amenities and proper guest flow through the spa.
• Providing guests with necessary intake forms for applicable services and scheduling appointments.
• Answering phones before the third ring, escorting guests to changing rooms, providing spa clothing, and preparing beverages throughout their stay.
• Working closely with therapists to ensure each guest is comfortable and on schedule for their treatments.
• Maintaining organization of the changing rooms, quiet room, and service areas and facilitating laundry (wash, dry, fold) as needed.
• Confirming appointments, selling gift cards, and educating guests on spa services and retail products.
• Ensuring proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy.
• Utilizing knowledge of treatments to tailor the guest experience and inquire for ways to surprise and delight guests; noting details in appointment notes for actions.

• Passionate about hospitality and spa industries; provide elevated experiences.
• Committed to the Woodhouse experience ensuring 5‑star consistency.
• Proven track record in guiding guests with product selections to support spa retail sales goals.
• Knowledgeable about services and can guide guests in selecting services that meet their needs.
• Computer savvy to schedule guests efficiently.
• Works closely with Spa Professionals to support service efforts.
• Detail‑oriented and demonstrates leadership abilities.
• Handles difficult situations with a calm demeanor.
• Highly effective multitasker with excellent customer service skills.
• Understanding that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction.
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
• Assists coordinator with other duties as needed.
• Preference for 5+ years hospitality or retail experience and experience with appointment scheduling systems.

• Standing up to 6 hours at a time; walking across spa multiple times and up/down stairs.
• Lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, reaching, stooping.
• Repetitive motion, reasoning, problem solving, hearing, speaking required.
• Fast, steady‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Frequent customer interactions and ability to adapt to changes.
