Conference Center Staging Attendant

ABM Industries is seeking a Conference Center Staging Attendant to support daily event operations in a professional conference environment. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down rooms according to event specifications, arranging furniture and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and readiness between meetings, and assisting with basic AV and conference tools. The attendant will interact with clients and staff, respond to last-minute changes, and follow strict safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference rooms per event specifications
• Arrange tables, chairs, and staging elements safely and efficiently
• Ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and presentable between meetings
• Handle basic AV and conference equipment as directed
• Respond to last-minute layout or schedule changes professionally
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and security guidelines
• Communicate with event coordinators and facility staff on room needs
• Report equipment or facility issues promptly
• Maintain storage areas for furniture and event materials
• Support other facility tasks as assigned
