Work Schedule:
Hybrid - Monday to Thursday in-office, Friday remote.
Assignment Length: 12 months
This role provides operational support to the HR Business Partner team across all core HR functions, including daily tasks, people processes, and general inquiries.
Responsibilities- Assist HRBP with HR-related issues such as TA support, internal offers, position support, involuntary/voluntary separations, engagement, rewards, recognition, performance evaluations, and goal setting.
- Respond to employee questions as they arise.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and completeness;
Workday experience required. - Handle other projects and ad hoc reporting as requested.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR practices, processes, and terminology, including HRIS, Workday, compensation, recruiting, performance management, and people processes.
- Data analysis skills, including creating visualizations via charts, pivots, etc.
- Effective time management and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Quick learner with a passion for learning.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of interacting effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS tools, specifically Workday.
Pay Range: $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Plano, TX.
