Overview

We are hiring an AE to join our expanding company which specializes in temporary construction staffing. As an AE you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with the clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams
  • Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites
  • Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Managing the onboarding process of new employees
  • Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees
  • Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’
  • Build upon and maintain client relationships
  • Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings
  • Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions
  • Communicate expectations between all stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Must be outgoing, personable and a team player
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
