Cat Sol is a fast-growing healthcare staffing firm built for operators who value speed, accountability, and quality. We staff across acute care, behavioral health, corrections, long-term care, and specialty settings and we are scaling fast. We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who owns the full recruiting lifecycle and knows how to close.

• Run full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, submit, close, and start clinicians
• Manage active pipelines across multiple roles and markets
• Partner closely with Ops and Compliance to ensure clean, fast starts
• Set clear expectations with candidates on roles, pay, and timelines
• Maintain clean, accurate ATS documentation
• Hit placement goals without sacrificing quality

• 3+ years healthcare staffing recruiting experience
• Proven ability to manage volume without sloppy execution
• Strong candidate communication and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Experience with Labor Edge ATS and VMS platforms

• Travel Therapy or behavioral health recruiting experience
• MSP or VMS program exposure
• Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding workflows
