Entry-Level Recruiter

Job Purpose

The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for staffing open Medical Scribe positions for all Scribe.ology contracts. The primary role is to source and review applicants to ensure they meet minimum hiring qualifications. The recruiter will conduct phone screens, interviews, and perform onboarding requirements for day‑to‑day operations.

• Manage and coordinate the full‑cycle recruiting process to meet staffing needs.
• Review candidate applications using the recruiting platform.
• Perform phone screens and interviews.
• Create offer letters for qualified candidates.
• Communicate with scheduling and operations teams to discuss vacancy needs.
• Develop working relationships with colleges and attend career fairs.
• Obtain medical records and personal documents for employee files.
• Attend weekly meetings with the HR Manager to discuss recruitment plans.
• Engage with onsite providers and staff to identify training needs.
• Assist the HR Manager with additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or working toward a degree.
• Medical scribe experience preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Can work under limited supervision.
• Extremely organized and able to prioritize quickly.
• Attention to detail when sourcing and evaluating candidates.
• Available during standard business hours.
