About TexHQTexHQ is an independent headquarters support team that partners with insurance agency owners across North Texas and throughout Texas. Our core focus is franchise recruiting and talent connection, with an emphasis on long-term fit, performance, and growth. We help identify, attract, and develop individuals interested in insurance franchise opportunities, including future Farmers Insurance agency ownership.
As we continue to expand across Texas, we are hiring an Agency Recruiter focused specifically on franchise recruiting.
Position SummaryThe Agency Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates interested in insurance franchise ownership opportunities. This role is relationship-driven and centered on conversation, credibility, and consistent follow‑up. You will manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through screening, interview coordination, and handoff, while ensuring a high‑quality and professional candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, asking the right questions, and helping candidates evaluate whether franchise ownership aligns with their career goals, financial readiness, and long‑term vision.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and virtual conversations to assess interest, alignment, and career goals
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS or CRM systems
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate handoff to agency partners
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Track activity, follow‑ups, and outcomes against recruiting goals
- Partner with internal leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or people‑focused roles
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort with outbound outreach, follow‑up, and ongoing candidate conversations
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting and scheduling tools
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple candidates at once
- Comfortable working independently in a performance‑driven environment
