Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Mobile Experience (MX) organization. This role partners with senior leaders to execute people strategy, manage employee lifecycle processes, and support organizational initiatives. The HRBP serves as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups.
Key Responsibilities- Support all HR cycles (performance reviews, calibration, merit planning).
- Provide reporting, analytics, and communications support to division leadership (C‑EVP level).
- Advise leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Execute compensation, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Partner with HR COEs and ensure data integrity within HR systems (Workday preferred).
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6–8 years of HR experience supporting large client groups.
- Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience handling complex employee relations issues.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Workday (Core HCM) experience preferred.
