* * supports the day-to-day execution of payroll and benefits operations for 600+ employees across Interface. This role partners closely with the Payroll Associate Manager, People Team, Finance, and Benefits vendors to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, and that employee benefits administration is handled smoothly and compliantly. This position is ideal for someone with foundational payroll and HR operations experience who is looking to grow their expertise in multi-state payroll, benefits administration, and compliance within a collaborative People Team environment.
** Responsibilities
* * Support payroll inputs including bonuses, commissions, and other variable compensation
** Benefits Administration Support
** Support day-to-day benefits administration activities, including enrollments, changes, and terminations Run and maintain routine benefits reports related to enrollments, eligibility, deductions, etc.

Support benefits audits, open enrollment preparation, and data reconciliation    Perform additional duties as assigned in support of payroll and people operations
** Qualifications
* * 1–2 years of experience in payroll

Experience with
** Workday
* * Payroll and/or ADP Smart Compliance is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting

* Base range for this role is **$25 - $30 an hour** - based on experience. Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.
