The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process. This rol e
provides hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and employe r branding while developing foundational HR skills.
This is a seasonal summer internship designed for students or individuals looking to gain
practical, real-world experience within Talent Acquisition and recruiting operations.
Daily / Weekly Activities &Key Responsibilities
- Review applications & screen candid ates
- Sche dule interviews with candidates & managers
- Update ATS and track candidate progress
- Respond to candidate emails & inquiries
- Post job openings through digital recruiting and social media
- Source passive candidates through focused networking
- Assist with intervie ws & hiring events
