We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and deliver top talent across a variety of corporate functions. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has expertise in passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-driven, and skilled at building strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement
  • Proactively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
  • Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns
  • Screen inbound applicants and assess qualifications
Recruitment Support
  • Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in intake meetings to understand role requirements
  • Support hiring goals and reduce time-to-fill
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously (approximately 5–8)
Candidate Assessment & Submission
  • Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and business needs
  • Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Provide candidate recommendations and ensure smooth handoff to recruiting teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Attend recruiter and stakeholder meetings
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner
ATS & Compliance
  • Manage candidate workflows within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
  • Expertise using Linked In Recruiter (

    )
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong candidate screening and assessment skills
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with Workday is preferred
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, staffing, or corporate HR
  • Experience delivering qualified candidates for professional and corporate roles
  • Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and industry trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
