- Full cycle recruiting role supporting mid to senior-level requisitions across Samsung Electronics America business units
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and key stakeholders to attract and secure top talent
- Leverage Workday ATS, Linked In, CRM, and sourcing best practices to identify hard-to-find passive talent
- Consult on competitive offer construction using compensation tools, market intelligence, and candidate motivations
- Drive diversity recruitment strategies and champion consistent interviewing and hiring practices across business units
- Execute full cycle recruiting against strategic mid to senior-level requisitions within Samsung Electronics America business units
- Interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates, behavior-based interview, and assessment techniques
- Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process; elevate sourcing challenges as appropriate
- Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations; actively champion diversity recruitment strategies
- Consult with Hiring Manager, HRBP, and key stakeholders to create competitive offers utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation data
- Move candidates through recruitment steps and statuses in Workday; resolve routine concerns or escalate complex recruitment issues
- Develop action plans for aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress in a timely manner
- Collaborate with function leaders, HR Business Partners, and other support teams to achieve alignment and shared vision of success
- Drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across business units to facilitate talent acquisition productivity
- Partner closely with internal teams - Recruiting Operations, Legal, Total Rewards - to ensure proper risk management and compliance
- 5+ years of relevant Recruiting experience (Required)
- Highly proficient at finding hard-to-find talent through Linked In and attracting passive talent (Required)
- Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM, Referrals, etc. (Required)
- Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders to support their hiring needs (Required)
- Advanced problem-solving skills and in-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function (Required)
- Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries, building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders (Required)
- Experience working with Workday (Preferred)
