Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast‑paced recruiting team. This role will focus heavily on interview scheduling, candidate onboarding, offer letter administration, and providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews using Outlook and other scheduling tools.
- Manage interview logistics and communications with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Monitor and manage a shared recruiting mailbox.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Send onboarding packets and ensure completion of new hire requirements.
- Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide timely follow‑up and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate multiple recruiting activities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support recruiting operations and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- 3–8 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Coordination, or a similar recruiting support role.
- Strong experience scheduling interviews in a high‑volume environment (10+ interview requests daily).
- Experience managing candidate onboarding and offer letter processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
Workday or Greenhouse preferred. - Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Experience supporting corporate recruiting teams.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- 2 rounds of interviews (potential 3rd round if needed).
- Initial interview via Webex or onsite.
- Additional rounds conducted via Webex or phone.
