Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in Plano, TX seeking an ONBOARDING SPECIALIST. This is a permanent position with a hybrid schedule. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Dallas, TX area will be considered.
Responsibilities- Manage onboarding for new hires.
- Handle all pre-employment documentation required for compliance.
- Respond to employee questions.
- Track onboarding progress and address issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate employee information.
- Workday experience is REQUIRED.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working in HR Operations managing onboarding for new hires.
- Must have strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Must possess strong communication skills and work well within a team.
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
