Are you an experienced HR Generalist ready to join a dynamic, high‑growth environment? We’re hiring an HR Generalist in Plano, TX to support our multi‑state workforce across recruiting, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management.
About the RoleAs our HR Generalist, you’ll partner directly with the HR Manager and operational leaders to deliver a consistent, compliant, and people‑centered HR experience. This hands‑on role requires navigating multi‑state employment law, handling sensitive employee relations matters, coaching supervisors through difficult situations, and building processes that improve the team’s day‑to‑day operations.
What You’ll Do Employee Relations & Performance Management- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers; proactively identify concerns and resolve issues before they escalated
- Conduct prompt, thorough, and well‑documented investigations into employee concerns, policy violations, and workplace conflicts while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Advise supervisors on PIPs, disciplinary actions, and terminations; draft clear, consistent documentation and coach operational leaders through difficult conversations
- Lead new hire onboarding end‑to‑end, ensuring a welcoming, compliant experience and clearing all pre‑employment requirements before day one
- Process lifecycle changes—promotions, transfers, status changes, and terminations—accurately in the HRIS; own the integrity of employee files and keep records audit‑ready
- Ensure HR policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states; support audits and maintain up‑to‑date HR training materials and process documentation
- Track performance documentation and hold managers accountable for timely completion
- Identify process gaps, propose practical recommendations, and help implement improvements across a distributed workforce
- Support rollout and adoption of new HR programs, policies, and initiatives
- 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and performance management
- Multi‑state HR experience required; background in facilities, logistics, or field operations is a strong plus
- Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms—Paylocity experience preferred
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and electronic signature tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate training and navigate difficult conversations
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- SHRM‑CP or PHR certification highly preferred
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate’s degree or higher preferred

Location & ScheduleThis is a hybrid HR Generalist role based in 5700 Granite Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. The position requires 3 days per week in the office with approximately 10% travel.
