At Randstad Digital
, the Recruiter, Automation Fulfillment role isn’t just about filling seats—you are the strategic engine powering our high-volume, tech-driven ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of client workforce planning and advanced Vendor Management Systems (VMS), you will manage the full candidate lifecycle, analyze performance KPIs, and optimize delivery metrics to connect top talent with global client programs.

If you have a knack for data, love operational efficiency, and want to own a fast-paced pipeline, this opportunity is your launchpad.

What You Get to Do:

VMS Operations & Data Analysis

  • Monitor & Track: Navigate VMS portals daily to instantly capture new job requisitions and maintain real-time tracking of candidate submissions in our internal ATS.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and report on critical recruiting metrics, including: time-to-submit, submittal-to-interview, and start-to-submission ratios—identifying trends and proposing corrective actions.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the operational lifecycle of a consultant's placement, including managing offers, project changes, extensions, rate increases, and timesheet compliance.
  • Embed with Teams: Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand their long-term workforce needs and future planning.
  • Bridge the Community: Feed client insights back into the broader talent community strategy for long-term alignment.
  • High-Level

    Collaboration:

Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with VMS/MSP teams to optimize overall service delivery.
  • Ensure 100% Quality: Review and verify that every single submission meets rigid client compliance standards (including background checks, drug screens, and certifications) prior to presentation.
What You Need to Bring:
  • Experience: 0–3 years of recruiting, staffing, or high-volume talent acquisition experience. (We also highly value transferable backgrounds in agency staffing, client operations, or customer success).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency across Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Shared Drives). Direct exposure to VMS portals (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass) or standard ATS platforms is a massive plus.
  • The Sharp Senses: High cognitive agility, absolute meticulousness regarding compliance, and an analytical mindset that isn't intimidated by numbers or system parameters.
  • Boundary Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to build deep relationships while strictly respecting formal MSP program boundaries.

We believe collaboration happens best when we connect in person. This role operates under a structured hybrid work model in areas where we have office hubs. Please note that this is not a 100% full-time remote role, and compliance with our local hybrid work policy is expected at the time of hire.
