Onsite Technical Recruiter

Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional-level positions across multiple business functions. This role will partner directly with hiring managers to identify talent needs, guide recruitment strategies, and successfully close high-quality candidates.

This is not a high-volume recruiting environment. Instead, the focus is on delivering a strong candidate experience, building trusted partnerships with hiring managers, and successfully filling specialized professional roles.

+ Provide market insights and talent recommendations to hiring managers

+ Manage candidate pipelines and ATS activity

+ Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process

Skills & Qualifications

+ 3-5+ years of recruiting experience

+

Experience with full-cycle recruiting in either a corporate or agency environment

+ Ability to consult with and educate hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

+ Experience recruiting professional-level talent across multiple business disciplines preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
