The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our global client, on a 6 month fixed term contract, with an immediate start on offer. Due to a new project, this role will be supporting hiring into our clients data centre.

This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source and engage technical talent using Linked In, ATS platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing activities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Stay current on market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies.
• Utilize AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in technology hiring is essential.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and social media sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles across multiple levels.
