- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Direct Labor and manufacturing positions.
- Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer discussions.

- Meet hiring volume, quality, and time-to-fill targets.
- Utilize Linked In, Indeed, job boards, local community networks, referrals, and recruiting events to identify talent.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Organize job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting activities.
- Build relationships with workforce agencies, trade schools, and local colleges.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Operations, HR, and Hiring Managers.
- Provide recruiting market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Deliver regular hiring status updates and recruiting metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
