Overview
The Associate Manager, Global Talent Development serves as a strategic program manager and learning partner responsible for delivering high-impact talent development experiences for Pizza Hut’s corporate employees. Partnering closely with the Director and Manager of Global Talent Development, this role helps bring leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and enterprise learning initiatives to life.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines program management, instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, analytics, and stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate enjoys building learning experiences, managing complex projects, and creating programs that help leaders and teams grow.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-impact talent development experiences for Pizza Hut’s corporate employees.
- Partner with the Director and Manager of Global Talent Development to bring leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and enterprise learning initiatives to life.
- Collaborate across program management, instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, analytics, and stakeholder partnerships.
- Build learning experiences and manage complex projects that help leaders and teams grow.
- Experience in program management, instructional design, facilitation, learning operations, analytics, and stakeholder partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to create programs that develop leadership capabilities and improve employee engagement and enterprise learning initiatives.
