You will manage enrollment, vendor interfaces, and compliance across HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and 125 provisions. This role supports Open Enrollment and HRIS data integrity in Workday.
You will work with employees at all levels, ensuring accurate benefit processing and timely responses to questions, in a collaborative, autonomous team setting.
