You will participate in recruiting fairs for the OCOK Northeast region, handle prescreening and interview scheduling, and manage pre-employment screenings and onboarding documentation.
The role requires attention to diverse populations and strong communication; candidates with one year in HR and HRIS/ATS experience are preferred.
