Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the recruiting process to include:
* Utilizing the Human Resources Information System ("HRIS") for applicant tracking
* Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
* Making recommendations for further interviews
* Ensuring timely posting and closure of positions
* Providing updates to the Human Resources Director
* Ensuring recruiting and application retention compliance guidelines are followed
* Oversee new hire orientation process
* Ensure background screening and reference check processes are followed
* Oversee badges process for staff and volunteers
* Monitor jobs inbox daily
* Research and attend external recruiting opportunities
* Assist with:
* Supervising Greeter/Receptionists
* Offboarding employees
* Updating data in the HRIS
* Semi-monthly payroll
* Document HR processes
* Cross-train to provide backup HR support as needed
* Assist with HR department related projects
* Other duties as assigned
