We use a trust-over-performance lens borrowed from how elite teams select people. High performance, paired with low trust doesn't get a pass here, it's the profile most likely to quietly damage a team. We'd rather have someone who's a strong (not flashy) performer and who everyone on the team trusts completely, than a top performer nobody wants to work with. You'll be expected to screen candidates the same way, and to hold yourself to it too.

We're specifically looking for the Ideal Team Player profile (Lencioni):

• Humble:
  You teach and you learn. You don't need to be the smartest person in the room; you need the room to get smarter.
• Hungry:
  You take on new challenges without being asked twice. If you didn't have to sleep, you'd probably be building or learning something anyway. Passive learning ("I watched some videos") isn't hunger. Active experimentation is.
• Smart (people-smart):
  You read a room, adjust how you talk to different people, and know when to push and when to listen.

Without integrity, the other two don't matter; they'll work against you instead of for you.

What that looks like day to day:

• Proactive, direct outreach to passive candidates. Cold and warm. Linked In, referrals, community, whatever works.
• Posting and managing applicant response, but never relying on it as the primary source
• Asking our own team who they'd refer, and following up on it
• Sending personalized video introductions to candidates, a tactic we use that most recruiters don't
• Screening interviews using a structured Humble/Hungry/Smart scorecard, shared with the hiring manager after every screen
• Learning the Salesforce ecosystem well enough to have a real conversation with a candidate, not just read a job description back to them
• Getting specific, fast feedback from hiring managers and adjusting your search based on it

• 7-10+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting in Professional Services / Consulting
• Proven track record recruiting technology consultants, ideally within an ecosystem like Salesforce, Service Now, AWS, or similar
• Comfortable with Boolean search and proactive sourcing, not just ATS management
• You're genuinely excited about AI, not just tolerant of it. You already use tools like Linked In Recruiter + Hiring Assistant, and you're eager to pick up tools like Claude and use them to work faster and smarter, not because you're told to, but because you actually like this stuff.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Bachelor's degree preferred

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
