- Maintain and assist with various administrative and HR responsibilities.
- Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including I-9 verification, new-hire paperwork, employee records, and insurance/benefits administration.
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for open positions.
- Recruit and identify qualified candidates for Information Technology and other staffing opportunities; IT recruiting experience is a plus.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and present suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, track recruitment activities, and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, employment verification, and pre-employment documentation.
- Conduct initial orientation and onboarding for newly hired employees.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding activities and ensure required documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruitment records.
- Assist employees and candidates with HR-related questions and provide timely follow-up.
- Support employee engagement, HR compliance, and other HR initiatives as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, or administrative coordination.
- Experience recruiting for Information Technology positions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong customer-service mindset and ability to work effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
