The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting a wide variety of Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, company policy, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee training, and development.
Essential Responsibilities- Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish for assigned positions, including candidate and hiring manager communication and expectation management.
- Support compensation activities, including market pricing positions, salary negotiations with final candidates, and internal equity reviews.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of assigned employee benefit plans and serve as a point of contact for specific benefits and leave programs.
- Support the administration of the performance review program to promote effectiveness, compliance, and internal equity.
- Conduct external market pricing and internal compensation equity analyses at the time of hire, promotion, and periodic market adjustments.
- Assist with the development and evaluation of Merit Increase, Employee Incentive Pay (Bonus), and Sales Incentive plans.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of employee training, development, and promotional programs.
- Support training and development initiatives related to company culture, philosophy, and policies.
- Conduct employee onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement in departmental efficiency and services.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by management.
- Two to Three or more years of experience in Human Resources required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Human Resources certification, such as PHR, preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to take on new challenges and develop solutions to problems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English required;
Japanese or another second language is a plus.
Heavy keyboarding and computer use.
