Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join a fast-growing organization and play a key role in scaling teams across operations, engineering, construction, IT, and corporate functions. This is a high-impact opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on sourcing hard-to-find talent and partnering with senior leaders.

Plano, TX (Hybrid) or Atlanta, GA (remote) Onsite: hybrid Job Type: Contract Contract Length:
Minimum 6 months, with potential for permanent hire Pay: $45-$55/hr What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and corporate roles
- Build passive candidate pipelines through Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping
- Partner closely with hiring managers on search strategy, market intelligence, and candidate calibration
- Drive process improvements, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience initiatives
- Manage 20-25 concurrent requisitions while maintaining high-quality delivery
- 4-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong passive sourcing and "hunter" mindset
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, construction, or IT talent
- Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Long-term contract with permanent potential
- High visibility with leadership
