Senior Recruiter

Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join a fast-growing organization and play a key role in scaling teams across operations, engineering, construction, IT, and corporate functions. This is a high-impact opportunity for a recruiter who thrives on sourcing hard-to-find talent and partnering with senior leaders.

Role: Senior Recruiter

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) or Atlanta, GA (remote)

Onsite: hybrid

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: Minimum 6 months, with potential for permanent hire

Pay: $45-$55/hr

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and corporate roles
• Build passive candidate pipelines through Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping
• Partner closely with hiring managers on search strategy, market intelligence, and candidate calibration
• Drive process improvements, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience initiatives
• Manage 20-25 concurrent requisitions while maintaining high-quality delivery

• 4-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong passive sourcing and "hunter" mindset
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, construction, or IT talent
• Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
