Business Area Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) plays a fundamental role in achieving this goal by building a differentiated enterprise networking and security product portfolio and by scaling a global multi-channel go-to-market.

What you will do:- Design & Strategy:
Lead the creation and deployment of compensation frameworks, policies, and guidelines tailored to both legacy and acquired employee populations. - Harmonization Leadership:
Oversee the compensation harmonization process, balancing organizational equity with enterprise talent needs and Ericsson Group needs. - Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner closely with business unit leaders, People Business Partners, and executive teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives. - Performance Measurement:
Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure the effectiveness of compensation strategies and frameworks. - Supplier Management:
Select and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors to support compensation initiatives. - Change Management & Communications:
Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment during transitions. - Compliance & Industry Insight:
Remain current on compensation trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage and compliance. - Business Influence:
Present data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decisions through storytelling and evidence-based insights.
- 8+ yrs experience in compensation
- Proven track record in large, complex global or matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy development, particularly in post‑acquisition integration contexts.
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes, compensation legislation, and market practices.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic leadership, business partnering, data analysis, and program management. Proficiency in excel
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at senior levels.
