What's the Job?- Collaborate with management to define roles and required qualifications.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including digital platforms and community networks, to find qualified candidates.
- Evaluate candidates for role suitability and cultural fit based on comprehensive criteria.
- Manage the interview process, collaborate with team members for assessments, and ensure candidates meet role prerequisites.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of agency or in-house talent acquisition experience.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience of filling entry to mid-level roles.
- Proven ability to deliver significant candidate pools in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Expertise in creating targeted job postings and leveraging social networks to attract candidates up to offer acceptance.
