Job Title: Agile Lead / Agile Coach

Project Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Employment Type: W2 Position (Contract)

Supports multiple software teams; combines Agile coaching with Scrum Master responsibilities.
Drives Agile mindset, provides metrics, and collaborates closely with customer groups.
Must have enterprise experience and a CSM or equivalent certification.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Scrum is essential;
Kanban and SAFe are beneficial.

• Provide Agile coaching and operational support to one or more product domains or horizontal departments, each of which is a scaled team of teams.
• Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to group leadership, guiding teams on Agile ways of working to achieve efficient value delivery.
• Tailor coaching and guidance to meet customer needs, guided by the enterprise framework and data.
• Assist with Agile tools support, facilitate planning and other ceremonies, deliver documentation and training, enforce standards compliance, gather metrics, and support leadership with reporting, risk and dependency management.

• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks/methods – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• 5+ years leading or coordinating complex technology delivery across multiple teams using Agile methods.
• 7+ years coaching multiple technology teams through Agile transformation and maturation, including leveraging metrics and KPIs.
• Practical understanding of software development and CI/CD processes.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification.
• Highly proficient with Jira and Confluence, and other common productivity tools.

• Experience scaling an organization from simple Scrum teams to a scaled Agile framework like SAFe.
• Project or program management experience with stakeholders, budget, and risk management responsibilities.
• Expertise in reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience in a product‑driven organization.
• SAFe certifications.
