• Assist in developing and deploying AI/ML models using Python and AWS services.
• Support the design and maintenance of machine learning pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Contribute to building scalable AI tools and integrating them into enterprise applications.
• Work with senior developers to implement NLP and GenAI models for data processing and automation.
• Write clean, efficient Python code to support AI development tasks.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing models to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Sage Maker) for model deployment and data handling.
• Exposure to training and evaluating machine learning models using common libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new AI/ML techniques.

• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP techniques, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with version control (Git), Jira, or Agile project environments.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
• Understanding of basic MLOps practices such as CI/CD and model monitoring.

• Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.

• Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
• Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
