** Position Summary
** The
** Manager – Cyber Life
** plays a pivotal role in aligning technical expertise, business goals, and team leadership. This strategic, growth-oriented position supports the ongoing development and delivery of
** DXC’s Cyber Life product vision and roadmap**.This is a
** high-visibility role**, engaging both
** onshore and offshore teams
** to ensure the successful execution of customer-focused projects while maintaining DXC’s standards of
** quality, reliability, and performance**.The ideal candidate will combine
** strong technical and business acumen
** with hands-on experience in
** product testing, process improvement, and leadership
** within the
** insurance domain**.##
** Key Responsibilities*** ## Lead and coordinate
** onshore and offshore Cyber Life teams**, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across global delivery models.
* Drive the
** execution of product enhancements and new functionalities
** in alignment with customer requirements and DXC’s strategic objectives.
* Ensure the Cyber Life product meets the
** highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance
** through effective testing strategies and continuous improvement.
* Develop and review
** test scenarios, test cases, and validation frameworks
** for both new and existing functionalities.
* Provide
** technical and business guidance
** to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including
** Product, QA, and Engineering teams** — to ensure seamless delivery and timely issue resolution.
* Support
** process optimization
** and contribute to improvements in the
** Cyber Life online and batch processing architecture**.
* Build, mentor, and inspire
** high-performing engineering teams**, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Serve as a liaison between
** engineering, product management, executive leadership, and external partners or clients**.
* Oversee
** resource allocation, budgeting, and technology investments
** to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.
* Identify
** technical and organizational risks
** and implement robust mitigation strategies.
* Stay current with
** emerging technologies**, assessing their relevance and potential adoption aligned with DXC’s strategic goals.
* Track and report on
** key performance indicators (KPIs)**, project milestones, and delivery timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.##
** Required Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
** Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field**.

** in a similar leadership role within a

** insurance-related
** environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in
** Cyber Life systems**, including both
