Job SummaryTechnical Solutions Support Manager will support a fast‑paced, consultative program design process, ensuring smooth implementation and speed to revenue. The role collaborates with prospects and existing customers to define technical requirements, works closely with technology teams to address platform or product gaps, and documents alternative ideas around process or functionality gaps. You will provide program build guidance related to technical items such as API sequencing or funds flow, ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and recipients while aligning with Onbe’s capabilities and growth strategy.
This is a hybrid position, working onsite 2 days a week at our Plano, TX location with occasional travel as required.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver trusted technical solutions support as an advisor to internal and external teams, documenting integration guidance for partners.
- Create integration and funding diagrams, API logic flows, sequencing, and program build blueprints that align with technical and business requirements.
- Support internal and external technical discussions, answering ad‑hoc questions and providing guidance during sales calls to support new and existing business.
- Maintain build documentation for configuration design, API sequencing, and Technical Solution Support SOPs.
- Support RFP/RFI responses in partnership with the Sales Enablement team, addressing configuration and solution build questions.
- Provide integration guidance or troubleshooting during the sales process, implementations, or client lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and growth teams on product updates, representing the department in launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives when required.
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex concepts simply.
- Motivated to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive culture.
- Experience working with payments (issuance, acquiring, program management, payouts, gateways, accounts payable automation, etc.).
- Project management acumen and strong time‑management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to lifelong learning.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and batch files (XML, nested‑record formats).
- Ability to travel on a limited basis for team and company events.
The base salary range for this position is $107,000 – $126,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This schedule includes competitive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, work‑from‑anywhere flexibility, and generous parental leave.
