Applications Administrator

Overview

Primary application focus will be Doclink Cloud, with integration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

• Administers the applications infrastructure, user access and application deployment – taking a prominent role in implementing across the organization. Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance (usually outside of regular business hours) of all designated applications.
• First line of day to day support.
• Liaise with IT Infrastructure, Networking and other groups on future strategy of platform, capacity planning, upgrades, etc.
• Continually analyze, propose and adapt current business requirements and map to applications.
• Develop and maintain custom reports.
• Create/modify SQL scripts for data mining.
• Participate in the integration process with other Cloud enterprise systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Ccience or related field, or related years of experience
• 3+ years of application or IT experience
• Certification in designated application preferred
• Good knowledge of customer support and call center processes
• Good knowledge of SQL scripting and data mining
• Strong knowledge of business applications and the ability to develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules and custom workflow
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
• Can anticipate risks and mitigate in the moment
