Production​/Technical Support

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Production/Technical Support with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

• Leverage a modern tech stack-React, Python, Mongo
  
  DB, and Elasticsearch-to build tools, dashboards, and automation that enhance reliability and operational intelligence
• Work closely with Production Support Reliability Engineers (REs), ensure a consistent feedback loop to learn from all production interactions and improve system resilience
• Reliability Engineering Production Support
• Design and implement systems for high availability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with REDI-enabled Production Support REs to analyze operational data and identify systemic issues
• Drive continuous improvement through blameless postmortems and actionable insights
• GenAI Integration
• Use Generative AI to accelerate incident triage, RCA generation, and predictive reliability
• Implement AI-driven automation for operational workflows, ensuring safety and compliance
• Tech Stack Support
• Build intuitive dashboards for reliability metrics, insights, and incident trends
• Develop/Support/Maintain automation scripts, APIs, and GenAI integration pipelines
• Support/Maintain design schemas for incident data, runbooks, and knowledge graphs
• Implement advanced search and observability solutions for logs and RCA repositories
• Continuous Learning Feedback Loop
• Establish mechanisms to capture learnings from all production interactions
• Create dashboards and reports to share insights across engineering and support teams

• A highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with deep expertise in Reliability Engineering, prior Production Support experience, and a strong interest or hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI)
• Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles
• Strong background in Production Support for large-scale systems
• Familiarity with reliability enablement frameworks
• Experience in React for front-end dashboards
• Strong Python development skills for automation and backend services
• Experience with Mongo

  SQL data modeling and performance tuning
• Hands-on with Elasticsearch for search and observability use cases
• Demonstrated interest or experience in Generative AI technologies
• Ability to integrate AI models into operational workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across engineering and support teams
• Strong interest (and preferred experience) with AI (including agentic AI, Lang Chain, Lang Graph)

$36.35-$44.35
