Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to define the vision, strategy and execution of an enterprise-grade Generative AI platform that enables secure, multi-model and action-oriented AI experiences at scale as it evolves from conversational AI into a trusted, agentic system embedded across real business workflows.
Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML or GenAI-powered products.
- Proven success launching and scaling a software product from concept to adoption.
- Strong understanding of the LLM stack (pre-training, fine-tuning, in-context learning).
- Familiarity with vector search, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing or shipping agentic or tool-enabled AI systems.
- Comfort prototyping or validating ideas using Python, AI SDKs, or model playgrounds.
- Background in Data Science, AI, or Applied ML is a strong plus.
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for an enterprise Generative AI platform, evolving from chat-based interactions to agentic, tool-enabled workflows.
- Drive multi-model strategy, balancing intelligence, latency, cost, and enterprise data sensitivity.
- Lead build-vs-buy decisions across commercial APIs, open-source models, and fine-tuned solutions.
- Own the enterprise RAG strategy, ensuring grounded, high-faithfulness responses from proprietary data sources.
- Guide the design of system prompts, reasoning workflows, and AI behaviors to ensure reliability, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Champion automated evaluation and regression testing pipelines to safely scale AI releases.
- Partner with UX to determine when chat is sufficient versus when Generative UI components (tables, KPIs, actions) deliver better user outcomes.
- Define UX standards for streaming responses, long-running tasks, and explainability.
- Ensure AI outputs are trustworthy, traceable, and aligned with enterprise user expectations.
- Lead red-teaming efforts to identify hallucinations, bias, prompt injection, and data leakage risks.
- Embed responsible AI guardrails, usage policies, and compliance requirements into product design.
- Collaborate with security and legal teams to meet enterprise governance standards.
- Act as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, engineering, data, UX, and security teams.
- Translate complex GenAI concepts into clear product narratives for executives and external partners.
- Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions in a fast-moving AI landscape.
Bachelor’s Degree [Technology preferred] and equivalent work experience.
